Enhanced User Interface & Inventory Integration are part of the “new” www.forgirlslikeus.com

Small business owners often must wear many hats when it comes to their businesses. When Meloney, the owner of ForGirlsLikeUs, came to FastPivot for help with her online store, she was also facing many challenges with operating a brick and mortar location. Her biggest concern was being able to easily keep track of inventory so that her online store and the retail location were synced. In addition, her former online store was very data intensive and she wasn’t using the full capabilities of Yahoo! Merchant Solutions.
FastPivot gave ForGirlsLikeUs a facelift but kept her branding in place. In addition, a javascript rotating banner and sliding testimonials were incorporated into the home page. Navigation was cleaned up and re-categorized for ease of locating products. Multiple image views were added to the product’s page and a new, wrapped shopping cart completed the makeover.
In addition, FastPivot was able to recommend Absolute Retail (www.absoluteretail.com) as a solution to automate and integrate Meloney’s inventory. With some back-end programming added to www.forgirlslikeus.com, Meloney will be able to add, sell and track her extensive inventory much easier and faster.
We even caught Meloney saying that this facelift and integration is some of the best money she ever spent.
