How Customer Service Made The Difference to This Yahoo! Store Merchant

When Poopbags.com was searching for the right Yahoo! Store agency to help install some enhanced features for their Yahoo! Store, they had no idea they would find Leta Krieger at FastPivot. She was what made the immediate difference between FastPivot and the six or seven others Poopbags.com spoke with about getting such enhanced features as Yahoo! Customer Registration (MyAccount), a user-controlled font size and contrast adjustment feature, and the floating Yahoo! Store mini-cart.

According to company representative, Paige Penningroth, Fastpivot’s Krieger was open and welcoming, could talk the language of the common man without talking code, wasn’t overly aggressive, and just had great timing–that really helped.

Then Ms. Penningroth learned that we could easily offer a re-design upgrade with the enhanced features they wanted, so they rounded up their graphic designer and we all collaborated on getting the new design style in place.

[FastPivot developer] Tim Whitacre was able to explain the “Why” about this that or the next thing with the redesign. Most programmers cannot do that. Secondly, Nikki [Whited, FastPivot Designer] worked well with the graphics and definitely put her stamp on it. For instance, she did the side toolbar, which we love.

Just take a look at the before and afters below to check out the new polished look:
