Classes Available on How to Manage Yahoo! Stores

Rodin: The Thinker We’ve talked a lot about how safe and scalable the Yahoo! Store platform is, but one thing that always comes up, sometimes a little too late, is the question about how easy it is to manage a Yahoo! Store. Unfortunately operating a Yahoo! Store isn’t always as turnkey as it looks and we’ve found that many merchants ultimately request Yahoo! Store training.

Yahoo! Store education doesn’t go as deep as learning how to program with RTML, but it does touch on some practical matters like: learning how to use the Yahoo! Store Editor, creating store sections and subsections, cutting/copying, adding items, featuring items, publishing changes (without losing your work), tax rate set-up, shipping manager use, creating shipping methods, adding shipping rates, credit card payment and processing, order manager use, etc.

Courses run about an hour and includes extra time for participants to get their questions answered.
