Curious About How to Improve a NetSuite SuiteCommerce Store?
If you’ve been looking at your SuiteCommerce website, and wondering what you can do to improve it, download our new white paper. Imaginatively titled* “5 Ways to Improve Your SuiteCommerce Website,” it’s an overview of what you can do quickly and inexpensively. The paper borrows (a lot) from our work with Chick Boss, a social enterprise company that distributes jewelry manufactured by women living in the Peten region of Guatemala.
Chick Boss uses SuiteCommerce as an end-to-end business, sales and marketing, financial and operations platform. Think soup to nuts, “NetSuite for everything.” The incumbent website had some performance and marketing issues we wanted to clean up, so our two-week project primarily focused on site redesign. Our objectives probably include some of the issues you’ve been thinking about:
1. How to improve alignment between branding and product retailing.
2. How to improve the user experience across the entire site.
3. How to improve the presentation of the Chick Boss brand and its mission.
4. How to improve product merchandising.
A Worthy Social Mission
FastPivot founder Matt Ledford does a lot of charity work in Central America, so we share an affinity with ChickBoss founder Pat Pannell to help local populations there better themselves. It was a worthy project, both in the “before and after” results on ChickBoss.com, (which are shown in the white paper), as well as the opportunity to do some social good.
