On behalf of the Ydesigns team, I’m delighted to thank our clients and the entire Yahoo! Store community for the making the last ten years so fantastic! We are grateful for all our friends across the country; we’ve all learned much together in the past decade. It has been very satisfying to have played a small role in growing several businesses from tiny seedlings to profitable and recognized brands. Most satisfying are all the great people, in every state we’ve had the privilege to serve.

So why the name change?

The fact that we were doing so much more than just design work has encouraged us to choose a broader name to more accurately reflect our wider service offering. Over the years our ongoing client relationships drew us into custom store design, then software applications and integration, and eventually strategy.

You may have noticed that we really don’t advertise much. We’d much rather be the best in the business than the biggest. We prefer to let our work and portfolio speak for itself as much as possible. Ultimately, by continuing to improve our work and quality of service, we strive to be the ecommerce firm that is most remembered and recommended. Our goal is not merely to open a beautiful site, integrate innovative software or launch a successful strategic campaign although all are important. Our ultimate goal is client satisfaction sufficient to be worthy of being shared with others.

So for those of you who knew us as Ydesigns, we are now FastPivot.com—same great team, same great company still committed to your success. For our new friends we have yet to meet, we hope to have an opportunity to get to know you better in 2007. Most of all, we appreciate your confidence in us. From Keith, Adria, Eli, Thomas, Grant, Leta, Katherine, Sacha, James, Jennifer, Brett and all the Ydesigns/FastPivot team.

Sincerely,

Matthew Ledford
