Yahoo! Checkout Manager
What Now?


Yahoo! has recently implemented one of their planned server shutdown changes. Some of our clients (and unfortunately their customers) have noticed the following error message:

.order.store.yahoo.com URL Error Message
Error: order.store.yahoo.com is not a valid URL. Please point all checkout actions to order.store.yahoo.net

This error is the result of the planned shutdown of old checkout systems communicated throughout the second half of 2008.

Note: If your store uses any custom add-to-cart functionality such as Advanced Search, Multiple Add-to-Cart, catalog request, etc, you may now be seeing an error in the cart. Please complete this form OR call 888.770.8883 for immediate assistance.

Product Images Looking Fuzzy?

If you have recently experienced a degradation in image quality and do not know why or what to do about it, check this out: On the variables page, go to Image Dimensions and look for the two variables:

* Uploaded-img-default-type
* Generated-img-default-type

Set both to JPEG. Yahoo just added these and is apparently defaulting them to GIF. This may help.
