I&#039;d say that with good site functionality planning and a well thought out development schedule, the expense actually turns to a profitable investment. Always hard to swallow though for sure. I believe the key is building a site feature set that is aligned with your specific customer personas. The site needs to &#039;Look&#039; trustworthy but I don&#039;t believe the visual aspect of site building is the only key to sales as some of our prospects do. Time and time again we have watched store owners spend hours tweaking pixels distances. While I am one for &#039;finishing strong&#039; and making sure the details get taken care of, I find that many times clients will get caught up in minuscule site details that may &#039;bother&#039; them visually but have no impact on their store trustworthiness or customer sales. Building an online store is much like building a normal brick and mortar store. The details and build mediums are different but the process is much the same.]]></description>
