Successful
team members are multidisciplinary folks who care
about people and have a passion to serve in a
fast paced and virtual environment. Our headquarters
is in beautiful Asheville, North Carolina, but
we don’t require that new team members relocate.
Our model for most roles can accommodate web professionals
with sufficient discipline to work interdependently
from multiple time zones. Because of our national
scope, we have developed a model that accommodates
somewhat flexible arrangements to include telecommuting
and virtual team meetings.
